## What it does
- Session replay: every visit to your site as a video, page by page; everything visitors type is masked. Mobile browsers are recorded; native mobile apps are not.
- Clicks: rage clicks (3 clicks within 1 second) flagged on every recorded visit; dead clicks, broken links and slow pages found by the test visits.
- Hot leads: visitors scored 0-100 by buying intent; a hot lead reached far in the funnel, left an email and has not paid.
- Follow-ups: up to 7 emails (day 0, 1, 3, 5, 8, 11, 15), each written from that person's real visit. "Send with Gmail" opens a filled Gmail draft in one click; other inboxes copy the email. Kwop tracks clicks, return visits and payments. No automatic sending.
- Kwop AI (Pro): a chat that answers from your own Kwop data (visitors, replays, funnel, drop-offs, revenue, follow-ups), in English or French, and suggests what to fix first. It does not open or crawl your pages.
- MCP server (Pro): 9 read-only tools for Claude, ChatGPT (developer mode), Claude Code, Cursor and Gemini CLI: list_sites, get_overview, list_visitors, get_visitor, who_to_follow_up, get_revenue, write_follow_up, get_products, ask_flow.
- Connectors (Pro): Stripe, Whop and Shopify with read-only keys; 90-day first import, sync every 10 minutes. A payment is matched to the visit when the email typed on the site equals the payer's email.
- Free test: paste your link and create a free account (no card); a real Chrome visits your site 3 times and a few minutes later you watch each visit as a replay. Nothing to install for the test.
