Kwop › Kwop vs Fullstory
Kwop vs Fullstory: an honest comparison for small online businesses
Short answer: Fullstory (often written FullStory) is a broad digital experience analytics platform for product and data teams, and its paid plans are priced on request. Kwop is narrower, built for course creators, coaches, small SaaS teams and Whop sellers: it records every visit, ties each payment to the visit behind it and tells you who to follow up, at a listed price.
What each tool is built for
Fullstory calls itself "The Intelligent Digital Experience Company." Its Analytics product covers session replay, heatmaps, funnels, journey maps and product analytics, with mobile app analytics, guides and surveys, and StoryAI sold as add-ons. It also offers a sync to your own data warehouse (Anywhere: Warehouse, an add-on) and an MCP server. Its paid plans (Business, Advanced, Enterprise) show a "Request pricing & demo" button instead of a price.
Kwop does fewer things, around one question: which visits make money, and who is about to buy? It records every visit like a video (session replay), with each visitor's journey, funnels with the drop-off at each step, and rage and dead clicks. It ranks visitors by buying intent, shows the plan each person picked, and on Pro ties every Stripe, Whop or Shopify payment to the visit that led to it. Install is one script line in your site's <head>.

Where Fullstory is better
- Breadth, for larger teams. Heatmaps, product analytics, mobile app analytics, guides and surveys, warehouse exports: Fullstory is a whole platform for teams that study a product in depth. Kwop has no heatmaps, no surveys and no mobile app SDK, and is made for one owner or a small team.
- A real free plan. FullstoryFree needs no card and records up to 30,000 sessions a month for up to 10 users, with a year of retention, though its help center says it leaves out paid features such as dashboards and StoryAI. Kwop has no free plan, only free test visits.
- Track record. Fullstory has been around for years and lists large brands among its customers. Kwop is a new product, launched in October 2026.
Where Kwop is better for a small online business
- Payments tied to their replay, without a developer. On Pro, you paste a key from your own Stripe, Whop or Shopify account. Kwop reads payments, products and prices, imports the last 90 days, and matches each payment to the visitor who typed the same email on your site. Fullstory's revenue view needs a revenue event sent through its API (Advanced and Enterprise plans).
- It tells you who to contact. Each visitor gets a buying-intent score from 0 to 100, from how far they went in your funnel, how often they came back and whether they left their email. You see the plan each person picked, and hot leads are high scorers who left their email and did not pay.
- It writes the follow-up, then tracks it. The email is written from the person's own visit: what they picked, where they stopped. Each lead gets a sequence of up to 7 follow-ups spaced over about two weeks, and you see who clicked, came back or paid after each one. You copy the email and send it yourself.
- A price you can read. No demo call to get a quote. Starter and Pro are both on the pricing page.
- Your AI can read it. On Pro, paste the private link from your dashboard into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor through the MCP server, and ask who to follow up today or where buyers drop.
- Try it before installing. Paste your link and Kwop sends 3 test visits through your site, on desktop and on a phone, and shows their replays in about a minute.
Privacy in Kwop
Every form field is masked in the visitor's browser, so passwords and card numbers never leave the page. Only an email typed in your own forms is read, to tie a payment to a visit, and data-capture-email="off" turns that off. data-consent="required" waits for your cookie banner, and you can delete a visitor, with their replays, from the dashboard.
Pricing
Kwop has two plans, billed monthly, or yearly for 20% less:
| Starter | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Launch-week price | $47 / month | $119 / month |
| Regular price (after launch week) | $94 / month | $238 / month |
| Sites | 1 | Unlimited |
| Sessions recorded | Sampled (~90%), 5,000 / month | Every session |
| Replays, journeys, funnels, rage and dead clicks | Yes | Yes |
| Follow-ups | Hottest 30% of leads, with how to follow up | Every hot lead, email written |
| Connectors, revenue, Kwop chat, MCP, alerts | No | Yes |
As of October 2026, Fullstory does not publish prices for its paid plans; you request pricing and a demo on fullstory.com/plans. If you only need replays and your traffic fits, its free plan may be enough.
Who should choose which
Choose Fullstory if you have a product or data team, need heatmaps, mobile app analytics, surveys or warehouse exports, or want a free plan with a large session allowance.
Choose Kwop if you sell online (a course, coaching, a membership, software, a store) through Stripe, Whop or Shopify, and you want to know which visits made money, who was about to buy and what to send them, without a sales call or a developer. FAQ
Is Kwop a Fullstory alternative for a small business?
If you mostly watch replays and sell through Stripe, Whop or Shopify, yes: Kwop covers replays and funnels and adds payments, hot leads and follow-ups at a listed price. If you rely on heatmaps, mobile app analytics or surveys, it does not replace Fullstory.
How much does Fullstory cost?
As of October 2026, Fullstory does not list prices for its paid plans; you request pricing and a demo. Its free plan, FullstoryFree, includes up to 30,000 sessions a month and 10 user seats. Check fullstory.com/plans for the current details.
Does Kwop have heatmaps or mobile app recording?
No. Kwop records visits to websites, with replays, journeys, funnels, rage clicks and dead clicks. It has no heatmaps, no surveys and no SDK for native mobile apps.
How does Kwop know which visitor paid?
On Pro, you connect Stripe, Whop or Shopify with a key from your own account. Kwop matches each payment to the visitor who typed the same email on your site and shows the replay next to the sale. A payment whose email never appeared on your site is not shown.
Can I try Kwop for free?
There is no free plan, but the test is free: paste your link and get 3 test visits of your site with their replays, with nothing to install and no card. Paid plans start at $47 per month during launch week.
