Kwop AI: ask why visitors don't buy, and what to fix first
Kwop AI is the assistant built into Kwop (kwop.io): it answers questions about your own visitors, replays, funnel, drop-offs, revenue and follow-ups, such as "who should I follow up today?" or "where am I losing buyers?", and tells you what to fix first. Every answer comes from your Kwop data, with your numbers. It is part of the Pro plan of Kwop, the session replay software that ties every visit to the payment it led to.
What can you ask Kwop AI?
Anything about your own site: who is close to buying, where people stop, which plan or source makes money, and what to fix first. It reads your Kwop data through read-only tools and answers with your numbers; if payments aren't connected, it says so instead of guessing.

Ask in English or French; every conversation is saved. You can also drop a screenshot (of a page, an ad, another analytics tool) into the chat and ask about it. Kwop AI answers you, the site owner: it is not a chatbot for your visitors.
How does Kwop AI decide what to fix first?
It looks at where your own visitors lose the most money, using what Kwop recorded on your site, and turns it into a short list of actions:
- The weakest funnel step. Visit, pricing, checkout, paid: the step where the biggest share of people stop, with a concrete fix for that step (for example, at checkout: fewer fields, a guarantee, a payment plan, a promo code that works).
- Rage clicks. How many visitors clicked on something that didn't respond, so you can watch those replays and fix the element.
- Hot leads. People who were ready to buy, left their email and didn't pay: following them up is usually the fastest money.
- The page people leave from most. Your top exit page, with how many visits ended there.
Kwop AI doesn't open or crawl your pages: it works from the visits, clicks and payments Kwop recorded. What does a Kwop AI answer look like?

Why not just ask ChatGPT about your site?

What Kwop AI doesn't do
- It is Pro only. Starter has replays, journeys, funnels, rage clicks, test visits and follow-ups for your hottest 30% of leads, but no Kwop AI or MCP (plans).
- It doesn't open or crawl your pages. It answers from the visits, clicks and payments Kwop recorded; to get feedback on a page's look or copy, send it a screenshot.
- It isn't a benchmark database. It is set up to answer from the numbers your data returns, not invented industry averages or figures.
- It doesn't watch the replay video. It reads the facts of each visit: pages, clicks, funnel steps and payments.
- It doesn't act for you. It can draft a follow-up email, but it never sends it or changes your site or your payment account.
- No heatmaps, surveys or A/B tests. Microsoft Clarity or Contentsquare fit better there.
- It is not a chatbot for your visitors. It answers you, inside Kwop.

Does Kwop AI open my checkout or pricing page?
No. It answers from what Kwop recorded on your site (visits, clicks, funnel steps, exit pages) and from your connected Stripe, Whop or Shopify payments and prices. If you want an opinion on a page's design or copy, send a screenshot in the chat and it will look at the image.
Can Kwop AI change my site or send emails for me?
No. Its tools are read-only. It can draft a follow-up email for a visitor, but it never sends it, never edits your site and never changes anything in Stripe, Whop or Shopify.
